Mission Control ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Mission Control mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use the App.

**Account information:** When you are invited to use the App, we store your name and email address to authenticate you and identify you within your organisation's account.

**Data you enter:** The App is a business management tool. You and your organisation input operational data such as site details, contact names, phone numbers and email addresses, job and project information, compliance records, risk assessments, expense receipts and related notes. This data is associated with your organisation's account.

**Receipt and document images:** If you upload receipt scans, signature images or other documents, those files are stored securely and linked to your account.

**Usage data:** We may collect basic analytics about how features are used to improve the App, such as event counts. We do not use this to identify individuals.

**Device data:** We collect limited technical information (device type and app version) needed to deliver and maintain the service.

**2. How We Use Your Information**

- To provide and operate the App and its features.
- To authenticate users and manage access within your organisation.
- To store, display and back up the business data you and your team enter.
- To generate reports, quotes, compliance documents and exports from your data.
- To send service-related notifications (such as password resets).
- To maintain and improve the App's performance and reliability.

We do **not** sell your personal information to third parties.

**3. Data Sharing**

Your data is shared only with the users within your organisation who are invited to your account, and with our hosting and infrastructure providers who process data strictly to deliver the service. We may disclose information where required by law.

**4. Data Storage and Security**

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised users within your organisation and is protected by authentication. We use encryption in transit. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

**5. Data Retention**

Your data is retained for as long as your organisation's account is active. Account administrators can delete records within the App, and you may request full deletion of your organisation's data by contacting us.

**6. Your Rights**

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held in the App. As the App is used under your organisation's account, most data requests should be directed to your organisation's administrator. You may also contact us directly using the details below.

**7. Children's Privacy**

The App is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

**8. Changes to This Policy**

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes within the App or by other reasonable means.
