  • Risk Assessment: The Responsible Person will provide the fire risk assessment and doorset history.

  • Survey & Procedures form: This describes our process for conducting a surveys and undertaking maintenance/installation work.

  • Doorset Survey:We do a survey in order to determine the work required and this also will form the basis of the quote. A report will be provided for each doorset.

  • Quote: Once the quote is accepted, the work will be scheduled in.

  • Record of Installation/Maintenance: The Timber Mill will complete the work and provide a full record of maintenance/installation activities, which must be kept with your doorset history documentation and made available for any future work.
